Shipping Policies

All KS Palm Design Collective furniture pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Production typically requires approximately 8 weeks, after which your piece will be prepared for shipment.

Your furniture will be delivered using our white-glove service to ensure it arrives safely and is placed with care in your home. Shipping is charged separately, and our Customer Service team will contact you after your order is placed. An invoice for shipping will be sent once the cost has been calculated for your item(s).

At checkout, you will only be charged for the item and applicable taxes. Our team will also confirm your shipping cost, discuss delivery timing, and arrange any special instructions.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
