Product & Customization
Yes. Many of our pieces offer several finish, color, and material options directly on the product page.
If you’re looking for something more specific - such as a custom color, size, or material not listed on the website - we’re happy to explore those possibilities with you. Please contact us (/contact)to discuss your project and we’ll review the available options.
All KS Palm Design Collective furniture pieces are made-to-order. We do not carry inventory, as each piece is crafted specifically for the customer who orders it. When you place your order online, your piece enters our production process and is created just for you.
To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend gentle care and cleaning.
Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the surface clean. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth or apply a mild cleaner to the cloth first - never spray cleaners directly onto the furniture.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, as they can damage the finish. We also recommend keeping furniture out of prolonged direct sunlight, as strong sun exposure may gradually lighten the finish over time.

Ordering & Production
All furniture pieces are pre-order items.
Payment for your item and applicable taxes is collected at the time you place your order. Once your order is confirmed, production begins, and your piece will be crafted specifically for you.
Shipping is charged separately, as all deliveries are white-glove service. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to provide a shipping quote and invoice.
Because each piece is custom made, production typically takes approximately 8 weeks (2 months).
Once your piece is completed, it will be prepared for shipping and delivery.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once a piece has entered the production process, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
White glove delivery is a premium delivery service designed to ensure your furniture arrives safely and is placed exactly where you want it in your home.
Your piece will be delivered by a professional delivery team who will bring the item inside, carefully place it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging materials.
Because our furniture arrives fully assembled, no additional setup is required - allowing you to enjoy your piece right away.
No assembly is required.
All pieces are delivered fully assembled through our white glove delivery service, ensuring your furniture arrives safely and ready to be placed in your home.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your piece has been completed, it will ship using our white glove delivery service and will arrive within the standard delivery timeframe for your region.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Our website currently only accepts order in the US. However, we can ship internationally. If you'd like something shipped internationally please contact us (/contact)for delivery options. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can also view your tracking details at any time by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.
Returns & Order Support
Because each piece is custom made to order, we do not accept returns.
If you have questions about finishes, sizing, or customization before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us (/contact)so we can help ensure the piece is perfect for your space.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us (/contact)as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the best resolution.
In some cases, minor touch-ups may be possible. We include extra paint for touch-up purposes when applicable. If additional action is needed, we will work with you to address the issue.
