If your item arrives with damage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution. When applicable, touch-up materials may be provided for minor surface adjustments.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, we ask that you contact us promptly. Requests can only be accommodated if the item has not yet entered the production process.
All KS Palm Design Collective furniture pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Production typically requires approximately 8 weeks, after which your piece will be prepared for shipment.

Your furniture will be delivered using our white-glove service to ensure it arrives safely and is placed with care in your home. Shipping is charged separately. Our Customer Service team will contact you after your order is placed. An invoice for shipping will be sent once the cost has been calculated for your item(s).
